Scrum Product Owner Certified (SPOC™)

Scrum as a concept started for a faster, more flexible way to deliver the greatest value in the least amount of time. The Product Owner represents the interests of the stakeholder community to the Scrum Team. The Product Owner is responsible for ensuring clear communication of product or service functionality requirements to the Scrum Team, defining Acceptance Criteria, and ensuring those criteria are met.

This Scrum Product Owner Certified (SPOC™) course is a collaborative learning experience, including round tables, group discussions, team activities and role-plays, and also prepares candidates for the Scrum Product Owner Certified (SPOC™) certification exam.

PREREQUISITE:
