Scrum Master Certified (SMC™)

Scrum as a concept started for a faster, more flexible way to deliver the greatest value in the least amount of time. Scrum Master Certified (SMC™) professionals are facilitators who ensure that the Scrum Team is provided with an environment conducive to completing the project successfully. The Scrum Master guides, facilitates, and teaches Scrum practices to everyone involved in the project; clears impediments for the team; and, ensures that Scrum processes are being followed.

This Scrum Master Certified (SMC™) course is a collaborative learning experience, including round tables, group discussions, team activities and role-plays, and also prepares candidates for the Scrum Master Certified (SMC™) certification exam.

• 120 minutes duration
